Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Great location…but…A neighbour had to let us in as process to enter building failed. Unfortunately there were no instructions to deal with rubbish, linen. The kitchen was not clean and dirty sponge, t- towel were unhealthy. We had to buy new pans to cook food, as apartment ones could not be used as in really poor condition. Bath towels are old and marked so we re washed them before use. Many repairs required but only told about them day before our stay. Most importantly toilet seat broken, shower door not designed to close - so can’t be fixed, shutters with chains a risk to catch your fingers and power shutter broken in the shut position in the lounge room. Parking has also been misrepresented, it needs to say ‘on street paid’ parking approx 13 euros a day just so we were expecting it. This whole experience was disappointing for the cost of the stay and we are not fussy people, just wanted it cleaner. Feedback some items to the host eg: block sink in bathroom and apologised about the rubbish being left and she called us disrespectful which upset us as this was not our intention. This apartment needs some investment to deserve the price. Our 3 night stay in Metz was tarnished.
