In the winter, the fire from the fireplace warms water in the radiators in the house. A large dining table provides an old time feeling, when families and friends dined together and created common memories. The living room has a TV, couch which serves as an extra bed for two additional persons. The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub, toilet, boiler and shower. The exterior features a pool with deck chairs, umbrellas and a shower, a terrace with outdoor furniture, an outdoor fireplace, an outdoor sink, a children's playground and a parking lot.
