"The staff at this hotel needs to host customer service training sessions to teach others in the service industry how to treat customers because they are all simply OUTSTANDING!!! From the young woman at the desk when we checked in at nearly midnight, to the staff who checked us out the following morning, to the support staff we encountered during our short stay - literally every single person was nothing short of fabulous. We heard “good evening “, “good morning “, “thank you for your business “, “hope you’re having a great stay “, etc multiple times. The breakfast was fantastic - special kudos to Diane who was supporting the area when we were there. She asked us numerous times if we had everything we needed, if there was anything we weren’t able to find and if we were totally finished before she started putting the food away. It was better than service I’ve received at 5-star restaurants!! She seemed to genuinely care about us and our experience. The room was clean and comfortable, but the staff alone is worth returning for! Thanks to everyone - stellar job folks and to the management team who clearly stresses the importance of happy customers to their staff, we were definitely pleased!! "
