The villa is in a beautiful traditional small village called Leukochora Messinias, near Kalamata. The villa, which is on three levels, is 200sq meters on a 1,300sq meters plot of land with a swimming pool.

The main entrance is on the first floor and has a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor there are two large bedrooms and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi. On the ground floor there is an independent flat with a small living room, with a sofa bed that can sleep two people, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a bathroom.

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.

This is an amazing villa - couldn't ask for more!
We stayed for one week in August and I can honestly say the photos do not do this home justice! This villa is absolutely amazing and is so well laid out. The accommodation itself worked brilliantly for the 7 of us and we felt like we had so much room. The pool & gardens are so well maintained. There was nothing that was missing, and it was truly like home from home (except with amazing weather and outstanding views!). The owners could not be more kind and helpful. Hopefully by our next visit my Greek will be as good as their English! When we booked, because the villa is set back from the coast in a little village, I was worried that it would be a long drive to everything, however it was really easy to get to the little town centre and from there it's 5 mins to the main road which leads back past the airport and on to Kalamata town. We also visited friends in Kyparissia on the opposite coastline and found the journey to be really easy and much quicker than I had thought. Use the toll road - for €1.85 it couldn't be more worth it! Loved our time here and can't wait to come back!

Grande maison bien agréable
Nous étions 10, 2 familles avec des ados. La maison est très spacieuse avec 3 salles de bain, bien pratique pour se préparer le matin! Les points négatifs: dans la cuisine il manque de matériel pour cuisiner ( casseroles, économes, planche à découper, filtres,…) pas de torchon mais un gros rouleau de sopalin. La maison est à bien 15mn de la ville et de petits commerces, les plages sont à plus de 15 mn et pas très top Les autres points positifs : vue sur la mer de la terrasse, Clim dans toutes les chambres, super piscine, hôtes très accueillant et serviable (ils nous ont offert une bouteille de leur propre huile!!), serviettes douches ET piscine mises à disposition On gardera un bon souvenir de cette maison

Increíble casa para veranear en Peloponeso - Grecia
Un casa increíble, muy espaciosa y cómoda, estuvimos dos familias, en total 9 personas y la disfrutamos muchísimo. Salón amplio, terrazas espectaculares desde donde ves el mar a lo lejos. Habitaciones muy espaciosas y con aire acondicionado. Cocina muy completa y cómoda. Y una piscina espectacular junto a una enorme barbacoa.

Très belle semaine à Messini dans une magnifique villa avec piscine.
Accueil charmant, villa très grande et contemporaine avec tout le confort nécessaire, dans un petit village à 6 km de Messini. Nombreuses opportunités de découvrir les sites tels que Mycènes, Mistra, Olympie. Vacances très agréables juste à côté de Kalamata, station balnéaire avec une immense plage de 5 km et ses nombreux restaurants. Région absolument à découvrir !
