Terrific Vacation Getaway! This beautifully appointed condo is perfect for the golfer or family adventure! Located just minutes from Mesquite's premier golf courses, such as Wolf Creek and the Oasis Golf Clubs. The Eureka and Virgin River Casinos are less than 1 mile away. Marilyn Park is a short walk down the hill, which has a huge play structure, sand volleyball court, full size basketball court, large, covered picnic area and lots of green grass. Relax by the pool, soak in the hot tub, or enjoy the exercise room at the condo association's community clubhouse. This condo has a primary bedroom (king bed) with ensuite bathroom, 2nd bedroom (king bed) connects to the 2nd bathroom, while the 3rd bedroom boasts 2 queen beds and a walk-in closet for extra space & comfort. Fully equipped kitchen w/ all utensils, fresh linens including pool towels, leather sofa and recliner, flat screen smart TVs, washer/dryer, and wireless internet round out the accommodations.

Your stay includes a daily value of $510 in complimentary activities. Starting September 15th, 2024, every reservation of 27 days or less will automatically include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay.

Great Place! Great to work with!
Very well maintained spacious and great amenities. We even accidentally left our Ipad on top of the fridge and locked the doors and they were there in minutes to open the door and let us get it! That was on a Sunday! Great to work with! Will definitely use them next time we are in the area!
