The second bedroom is a very comfortable queen mattress. Our 3rd bedroom is a fun queen-over-queen bunk and TV room. The living area is an open concept with a 72 inch TV screen and a large sectional perfect for comfort and winding down. The kitchen is a renters dream with everything you need to cook up a feast or have a pool side BBQ. We have included pots and pans, baking sheets, crockpots, air fryer, beautiful kitchen ware and if you like your food outdoors we have also supplied sturdy plastic ware. Also provided are many cooking utensils to make the ultimate meal.
For amenities we offer High-speed WIFI for our business visitors or just for simply staying connected. Laundry facilities are available for convenience. Parking. A toy box for the children and pack and play for the babies.

The cost of heating the pool and hot tub at this property are not included in the nightly rates as we run off propane! After you book please notify your host if you want to heat the pool and or hot tub or if you have any questions. Heat requests must be made 48 hours in advance to check-in.
Our system can not heat the spa and pool at the same time. If you want to heat both or just one or the other please be specific with the host.
The cost to heat the hot tub is $100 per night and the temperature is set to 102 degrees. We can offer a discounted rate if you can be specific to times you want the spa heated. Heating the hot tub can take up to 45 minutes to an hour to reach full temperature.
The cost to heat the pool from October-November is $125 per night, December-February is $175 per night, March-April is $125 per night. We manage our system to heat from 9am-9pm and set the temperature to 80 degrees. However, the actual temperature may vary due to the air and ground temperatures and is not guaranteed.
If we notice that any of the pool or spa settings have been touched or adjusted there will be a fee of $200 a day. Our heating is ran off propane and messing with any of the settings can result in our system needing to be serviced by multiple parties.
*Pools are cleaned and serviced weekly.
*Trash day is Tuesday. Our maintenance person comes and takes the trash to the road. Trash is left out front or on the side yard.
*No electric car charging.
