"I wanted somewhere close to the concert venue I was going to and the hotel was more or less next door. I was sent two different codes for the keypad entry but once that was resolved,the hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet with friendly and helpful staff"

"We have stayed at Campanile Hotels as they are conveniently situated, have ample free parking and have a restaurant. The room was clean and there was a large comfortable bed, good size bathroom and have external blinds which makes the room dark for sleeping. We were very disappointed as the restaurant was closed as it was a Sunday. The website stated it was open every day of the week including Sundays which is why we booked. Their own website should be updated! "

"The location of the hotel (at the end of the motorway) is perfect. It was incredibly clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. It has very limited facilities eg no gym or relaxation area. Breakfast was limited for our UK palette, eg the only egg option was boiled and you had to do it yourself, so it was not worth (in my view), the £13 pp additional charge. There were also no options for evening dining on site and as our stay included a Sunday and everywhere was closed it caused us...

"Good value hotel with nice restaurant, the hotel fronted on to a busy road which might be a disturbance for those guests at the front, but we were at the side/rear. Facilities in the bedroom were good. It is on the edge of town so it is quite a walk to the town/village centre, but a pleasant place to stay."

"Staff are very friendly, professional and polite! Breakfast was nice. Room quite small but was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was quite hard/firm. Shower room had a musty/damp smell and some mould in shower, extractor fan didnt seem to work and the shower head wouldnt stay up (kept falling down the adjustable bar) so had to bend down to wash my hair. Didn't have time to use the pool unfortunately. The restaurant attached to the hotel was good, again great staff! "

"Used this hotel as an overnight stop both on our journey down to the south of France and also on our return. Situated close to the railway station, the town centre and the old medieval town which is worth a stroll round. On our arrival on the journey down shortly before dusk the receptionist gave us directions to places to eat, most were closed so ended up at McDonalds!"
