"We had a fantastic stay! The room itself was great, as shown in the pictures, and with everything we needed. Bathroom was lovely, a very good shower (much needed after a long day hiking). An exceptionally warm and generous host who has lots of useful tips and suggestions, from places to eat to hiking paths and things to do. A brilliant breakfast including fresh fruit, yoghurt, homemade bread and cakes, ham and cheese etc. I can’t recommend this place enough."

"Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well laid out. Breakfast was great, coffee great! Just wish coffee was available before 8:00AM. There was an odor in the hallway that resembled sewage gas possibly, but not in the room. Parking wasn’t convenient. Had to park at a location about 50 meters from the hotel.. Couldn’t control AC at all, and it was warm inside for several hours. Towel rack was mounted too high for a person of short stature. Shower head mount was broken, so needed to use overhead, and the control knob for the overhead was difficult to rotate. Room advertised as smoke free, but a light smell of smoke was evident. Howe ever, the owners and staff were very nice people, and that counted a lot."

"Kipi Suites is an elegant, small hotel, beautifully arranged in a series of independent rooms and suites with stone walls. The village is quiet and a steep 10 minute walk away, with one restaurant and a small, but well supplied market. The hotel is especially suited to hikers and explorers who enjoy the solitude. Unfortunately with southern Europe heating up, the lack of air conditioning, which would not have been noticeable a few years ago, is now, on days when it's hot, a bit lacking. However, it sounds as if the owner is considering installing it in the future. The person serving breakfast and taking care of guests is a treasure and made us feel beyond welcome. We would definitely return."
