"Das Apartment Letizia liegt ruig gelegen direkt am see. Ausreichend Platz mit 3 Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich. Leider ohne Klimaanlage! Bei hohen Temperatur wird das Apartment zur Sauna. Wir hatten trotzdem einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort...und würden als Verbesserung ein paar Mückengitter an den Fenstern vorschlagen... "

Die ruhige Lage und die super Aussicht von der grossen Terrasse in die naheliegenden Berge waren nach unseren schönen Skitouren sehr erholsam. Der Standard der Wohnung und die Nähe zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren ideal. Die Infrastruktur der ganzen Siedlung ist uns sehr entgegengekommen. "The absolute WORST stay I've had in years of traveling! The apartment is right above a bar where they play loud music with heavy beat every evening. On one evening the loud beat was so unbearable that we had to go downstairs and ask them to lower the volume, which they did a bit. "Pictures don’t do justice to the view that awaits the renter of this apartment! The lake and the surrounding mountains are stunning. The apartment is nice and comfortable with a great balcony to enjoy the view. I would recommend getting there during the day since it can be a bit tricky at night. Pay attention to the fact that there are 3 flights of steps to climb, but if steps are not a problem, the view is totally worth it!!!"

"Directions to the unit were clear, we found the property easily. The 3 km road leading to it from the main road is incredibly narrow most of the time but even with traffic it is doable. We had everything we needed for our stay, kitchen items, washer, dishwasher. Our host even provided a welcome gift of pasta and tomato sauce and a bottle of wine. Wifi was good. Communication with the host was excellent. I can highly recommend this place to anyone."

"We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s apartment. It was even nicer in person than in the photos. The view of the lake was amazing from all the windows, it's amazing to have a shower with a view. We had some rainy days while we were there, but we didn’t mind too much because you could just sit and watch the lake from the huge windows in the living room, and also from the balcony that has a small roof so you can step out there even in rainy weather. Tiefgarage und Zufahrt zu Germasino sehr eng, aber auch mit Audi A6 machbar. Mit Übung ist braucht man mit dem Auto weniger als 10min bis nach Dongo / Gravedonna ans Seeufer bzw. zu einem Supermarkt. "The location of Maggie’s home was lovely. Quiet and peaceful with incredible views of the surrounding countryside. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. As others have noted, the road is a bit tricky but manageable (we traversed it fine in a rented Ford Focus). Communication was excellent and we very much enjoyed our stay."

Der Blick von der Terasse, der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer aus ist wirklich so schön wie auf den Bildern. Sogar noch schöner, besonders Abends. "Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Heizung und eine Klimaanlage und alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Sogar einige Lebensmittel wie z.B. Olivenöl oder Gewürze waren schon vorhanden. Der Garten ist sehr groß und das Auto kann sicher geparkt werden. Das Bad ist geräumig, mit Waschmaschine und großer Dusche. Wir waren mit unserem vier Monate alten Baby dort und hatten ein Beistellbett im Schlafzimmer. Es war ein sehr angenehmer und entspannter Aufenthalt. "
