Large detached house located in a very quiet subdivision just minutes from the beach and downtown Meschers-sur-Gironde.
The price includes WiFi, all bedding and all equipment available.
The house has a garden and fenced, a terrace, a BBQ and garden furniture.
Inside, large living room (flat screen TV, two sofas), dining room (dining table for six), open kitchen with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, grill -pain, kettle, coffee maker and small kitchen equipment, pantry with washing machine.
One bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms each with two single beds. A bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet (Sani-Crusher).
A public playground is located in front of the house (for bowling or other). Bed linen and towels on request (surcharge).

Maison très confortable
Maison très agréable, bien décorée, spacieuse et confortable bénéficiant d'un bel espace intérieur, d'une terrasse et d'un petit jardin bien orienté. Seul bémol, un tout petit peu excentré de Meschers-centre et des plages de l'estuaire. En revanche accès relativement direct pour Saint Georges et Royan pour les plages "océaniques". Nous avons en tout cas passé un très bon moment dans cette maison.
