"A basic quality stay. You pay what you get. My wife and I stayed here before and we enjoyed our time. The staff are definitely the greatest asset. My only complaint is the noise of the air con which was so loud, I had to sleep on the sofa in the lounge where the air con was less loud. The rooms were spotless, cleaned every day. The atmosphere around the pool area was chilled and relaxed which was definitely what we wanted. "

"This is a lovely place to stay, but it does need a bit of tlc. Apparently there are plans to do some work soon. The pool is a good size and only 1.2m deep so quite safe. Our Villa as ok, but there were a few problems: worst, no smoke alarms! The extractor in the kitchen didn’t work, the oven had no shelves or grill pan, there was no microwave or toaster, not enough crockery, cutlery or glasses. No coathangers in the bedrooms. All small but irritating things which could easily be fixed. Overall...

"Solo stay for a week in October for some sunshine and r&r. Ticked all the boxes. Was allocated a 2nd floor room facing the sun for most of the day which I had asked for. Fabulous communication before arrival (last minute booking). Hotel arranged a taxi from the airport which was great as arrived late at night. "Downtown Park was our first option to spend a week holiday in Paphos this past November. This aparthotel offers an amazing view to the sea, the UNESCO archaeological site, and the lighthouse. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and the communication was amazing. The only downside is the karaoke bar located in the bacjk of the hotel. The customers can get pretty loud in the evenings making your stay a bit uncomfortable, especially if you want to have a "quiet vacation"....

"My family loved their stay here. The location is great and pool is lovely. Apartments are very clean and hosts are lovely. Only complaint is the amount of rules there are round about the pool - no music, no eating/drinking etc which is great if you want a peaceful quiet time but when you want to enjoy a bit of fun with family puts you off a little. Other than that great views and amazing place! "
