"We arrived at 3pm it took us 1 hour to check in by the time we reached our suite the suite was not ready as the cleaning staff start cleaning it took them until 5pm to get the suite ready but the floor still dirty . Only one bathrobe was provided for two guest . To get to this hotel you need a 4x4 vehicle and know how to drive and send . Overpriced low customer service . The location is great but other hotels has better pricing and facility . "

"The staff are very friendly and respectful. The breakfast is just fine. My son loves the swimming pool. The beach is good but many sea weeds. But if u go far the sea water is clean and good for healing. U can rent jet skii nearby. And if u like to ride camel and horses is just near to rent and enjoy the ride. "

"It was a terrible experience. Lack of professionalism. Dirty room. Old-fashioned. AND the worst thing is that we could not get a beach towel, let alone a spot on the beach to relax and enjoy the afternoon. Of course the pool was out of the question. No space whatsoever and dirty. Over-crowded, old-fashioned "hotel". Beach smells like camels and horses and ponies. I ended up checking out half an hour after checking in and losing 1250 QAR for nothing.
