"The staff are 10/10. Pool needs a revamp and the cleanliness of the pool was poor hairs lying around and damp marks on the ceiling. Saunas was amazing!! Shower in my room could have been cleaner found hairs around shower head. "

"Our stay at INNSiDE in Aachen was great. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The shower was a little bit underpowered but otherwise no issues with the facilities. The breakfast buffet in the rooftop restaurant was a highlight - huge food selection and beautiful views! A great base for exploring the city and surrounding area for our long weekend in Aachen."

"More than expected from a night stay! Free games room in a very nice atmosphere, modern and very clean, very spacious bedroom with a ultra comfortable kingside bed. Love the fragrance of hands and shower gel/shampoo/body cream, felt like in a SPA. Varied and delicious breakfast, facilities kept clean and all times and well stocked. "Great location friendly helpful staff good sized room overlooking the street which was nice comfy bed. Could do with a little bit of attention to paintwork big dead insect in the light fitting over the shower not particularly attractive , I would stay again"

"Maastricht is a beautiful fusion of beautiful old city and convenient modern city. This hotel is in a great location over looking the river and very close the the primary shopping area. It is also walkable from the train station. It is a very efficient hotel, a little tight on space, but right for the price. "
