"The fitness facility was terrible. Old and broken equipment. The staff was smoking in the spa are despite the sign saying “no smoking.” The room was hot and i was unable to cool it. The shower was warm, not hot. The staff was nice at the desk. The breakfast was not very good. I have noticed Wyndham resorts are no longer nice. Whenever I goto a Wyndham resort, they are broken, old and in poor condition. Wyndham resorts have a very low standard for their properties. "

The main downside was the location. It is located in an automobile repair-industrial district. I was told by taxi drivers to avoid walking there at night, and transportation costs to and from the hotel by taxi can add up. "

"We stopped for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Room was immaculate and modern. Hotel reception seating area is awesome, like a Palace ( see pics) Staff were very helpful . Breakfast was huge. All this for a great price as well. Would reccomend it 100%"

"I booked for one adult and one child , but they provide only one blanket and one towel !!!! I tried to talk to them friendly , but one stuff was shouting and other one didn't accept to provide another blanket for my child , as a result I had to leave the hotel an request a refund for other 2 night. "The worst hotel I’ve ever visited in my life. For two days, I tried to find hot water for the bathroom, but to no avail. My children got sick because they had to bathe in cold water.
