All the ladies I had the opportunity to speak to at the reception were very friendly,polite I felt really welcomed, they asked me to make myself comfortable and if I needed anything, I should not hesitate to talk to them. "Amazing location. Great facilities which included a game room with free use of pool tables, table tennis and ping pong. Pool and sauna also. Nice lobby area with a bar which we did not use but it looked nice. Cleaning staff very friendly when we passed them in the corridors. Only downside was upon check in the receptionist Germán left us mid check in/mid sentence to go help another guest he didn't excuse himself which was quite rude. "

"Der Aufenthalt war schön, ebenso die Umgebung. Eine gepflegte Anlage findet man dort. Einzig die Ausstattung der Küche war nicht optimal. Neben einem Nudelsieb fehlten Dinge wie ein Sparschäler, Geschirrhandtuch. Für das nächste Mal wissen wir da Bescheid."
