The house was exactly as described and the owner was amazing and very accommodating. The pool and outside area was wonderful for those hot afternoons. We enjoyed just hanging out around the house as much as going out to do things in the area. She answered any question we had quickly and gave tips for the area as well. We would definitely stay here again!

I cannot say enough about this wonderful property and host. The home is stunning lots of space and everything you could possibly need. The star of the show according to our nine year old was the swimming pool. I miss waking up and having coffee on the lanai. The dock is a great place to spot the local wildlife. You are incredibly close to everything including some of the best places to eat. We will be returning to the area and i would love to stay again and again.

Best VRBO we've ever had
Everything was absolutely wonderful with this property. For starters, the morning we were to arrive Andrea preemptively let me know the house was ready if I wanted to check in early. Since we had an early flight not having to wait an extra 6 hours to drop off our bags was awesome. The house itself was just like the pictures, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool was absolutely amazing. My kids were in the pool within 3 minutes of arriving and they were in it pretty much for hours every day. I enjoyed doing a little fishing off the dock and a couple catfish and saw two Manatee right under my feet. The location was perfect for anybody that wants to balance multiple trips to Orlando with multiple trips to the beaches, only like 10 minutes away. All the restaurants down there were awesome and we went for a charter fishing trip with real magic, Captain Greg. Fantastic vacation because the house was perfect for us. We'll plan on coming back in a year or two and no question this will be the place we're going to stay at. Thanks again so much Andrea!

Great stay!
Great stay! House was very clean and location was a convenient 25 minute drive to our baseball tournament at Space Coast stadium. We saw a manatee in the canal our first night and enjoyed a drink on the back dock. It was too cold to swim while we were there but we enjoyed sitting by the pool in the evenings. The owner even told us about a SpaceX launch during our stay that we got to see from the front yard which was an amazing experience!

What's Not to Love
From the start this was an exceptional rental experience. Communication was excellent. Host(ess) texted prior, during and after our visit to confirm all was well and that we were having a perfect visit. Exceptional care was giving to guest convenience, including electronic/phone charging ports (and cables!) in every room! When we walked in the door, we wanted for nothing - it had already been anticipated and taken care of. The property was very well maintained, both the home and grounds. The pool and back porch was amazing. Even in cooler weather when the solar heated pool is still too chilly, you can grill and enjoy the view of the river just past the pool. You won't lack for entertainment in the local area, especially if it relates to nature or space! One surprise was an evening we arrived home to a yard full of ibis' ! I highly recommend this property!

Peacefull calm retreat
The moment we unlocked the door and stepped in the doorway we felt like we were home, this property has everything you would need to relax and enjoy your stay. Clean, spacious layout, we so enjoyed having a garage and the pool was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood, easy access in and out of community, so close to all of the things we love about Space Coast area. Saw 2 rocket launches with amazing view from front yard. Will return!

Host was incredible. We were delayed due to hurricane rolling through Fl, and our host went over and beyond in accommodating us. The space was large, beds were comfy and house was packed with all kinds of goodies and extras. Very quiet neighborhood except for an occasional spaceX rocket passing overhead. Lol. We got to see two launches while we chilled in the pool. We will definitely be back. Also we did get to see a manatee out on the dock. I hear more are visible as it gets closer to winter. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Relax and unwind
This house is perfect if you’re looking to get some sun, relax, and get out on the water. The pool is wonderful and the dock is amazing. The house has everything you need to cook including a gas grill. I took my paddle board out every day and it was very easy to drop in the water from the dock. (There is also a two person kayak at the property that we used.) The house is clean and as advertised.

This is probably the best vrbo rental we have ever stayed at! The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need, they even had water & coffee available for us to use. The outside area is where we spent most of our time. The guys fished off of the dock & us gals floated in the pool or lounged by the tiki bar. Would definitely rent again! There was a rocket launch while we were there & a Christmas golf cart parade, we enjoyed both from the front yard.

The property was as advertised, clean, well-stocked, and very functional. The location was great and the neighborhood neat and quiet. The garage was spacious, as I was able to get my flats boat inside with the pole. The property manager was great, very helpful and informative. I would absolutely stay again if circumstances allow.

We stayed at the Holiday Cove while our children attended space camp at Kennedy Space Center and we were so happy we did! The home was just as described. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds are comfortable, the home is clean and well maintained! We enjoyed being on the canal and having the pool! It was perfect for camp to be able to let the kids chill in the back patio area after camp. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Andrea and Charlie were amazing host, they literally have everything you need or could have forgotten. The place was so nice we just take a full day just to hang out at the house. We were at the pool everyday and night we were there. Only thing I wish could be better is if the pool was a little warmer. The first night was fairly warm but next couple night got a little cool, maybe not enough Sun. We highly recommend and would go back for sure.

A Great Place to Stay
While we liked the photos of this rental, it wound up surpassing all our expectations. The host prepared for everything you could possibly need and more! It was extremely clean and spacious. My wife and I both had to work remotely during our stay - and we had some special requests - that the host handled quickly and efficiently. The pool area is just spectacular. Since we couldn't do much publicly during the pandemic, we wanted to give our kids a special vacation and the rental was so important. This property made that stay memorable. The only problem is that it will be hard to match - they now expect every place to be this awesome!

This house is literally the cleanest place I've ever stayed. My three kids and I enjoyed a wonderful three night stay that felt private and relaxing. The owners and I spoke a couple time to check in, and were lovely to speak with. I'll seek out this house's availability every time I'm in the area!

Clean, beautiful property
This home goes above and beyond with cleanliness, amenities, and extra touches. 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, second bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle. Plenty of room for 6, though there were only 4 of us. Clean updated & modern bathrooms; both with double rain shower heads, tons of soft towels & linens. Open, bright floor plan with tasteful coastal decor, flatscreens in both bedrooms, bright open kitchen with all the kitchen tools plus some. Gas stove in the kitchen, modern new appliances. There is a large gas grill out on patio, plumbed directly into the gas line. Pool area is fabulous & screened to reduce mosquitoes- it has a bar, small refrigerator and sink- and opens out to the tropical backyard and dock. The covered dock has a paddle boat and kayak you can use, plus a tiki bar with a small working refrigerator. If you spend enough time on the dock you will see manatees and dolphins. Very quiet & private location, no noise. Easy to use technology inside the house, fast internet, fans, lights, A/C unit all clearly labeled for ease of use. Garage is spacious, and has beach chairs and items you can use for a trip to the beach. The beach is only about 10 minutes away, stores are close by as are many terrific restaurants. There are parks and fishing areas within bicycle or walking distance. Check in is quick and painless, homeowners are extremely communicative and helpful if or when you have questions or need help. Absolutely recommend this property, would definitely stay here again.
