Great rental
We had a great stay. Everything was as stated in the house. My kids loved the pool and the air hockey table. It was nice find a bunch of pool floats. Location is great! Lots of places to eat close by and a very close rude to the beach and Canaveral if you want more options. Washer and drier could be updated but they work and nice to have for our stay.

We had a blast! It was helpful to have the washer/dryer on hand. The kids woke up and swam as soon as they could. In polite consideration of the neighbors, the owner had asked that there be a noise curfew. The area is quiet and we found easy access to grocery and shopping. It was what we needed to decompress from a busy lifestyle.

Felt Like Home
I can't say enough about how beautiful and how at home we felt here. The home is well appointed, especially the kitchen. The neighborhood is very friendly and close to everything. My husband and I are runners and it was great to run in a peaceful neighborhood with no traffic. Cocoa beach was beautiful and easy to get to. We visited Brevard Zoo, Kennedy Space Center and Blue Springs. Had a great time stand up paddle boarding with SoBe Surf. The house is perfect for couples, children, teens, etc. Beautiful pool and backyard. You will not be disappointed!! Many thanks Colleen for a wonderful experience!!

A great getaway for a family!
This vacation home was perfect for our family. The neighborhood is quiet but still very close to many stores and the beach. We never ran out of things to do at the house with the pool, a ping pong table, air hockey, and a pool table there was always something to keep the family occupied. Our favorite was the screened patio by the pool as it was so perfect we had a hard time leaving it. As our youngest said repeatedly: "Best Vacation Ever!" and I think the best part was having this haven to come home to after our adventures. The home was clean, well cared for, stocked with plenty of towels, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there was plenty of space for our family of five to spread out. The beaches were about a ten minute drive and we found that Cocoa Beach had few public beach parks. To save you time we spent searching I recommend mapping your way to Lori Wilson Park and I suggest a late afternoon visit to beat the crowds. Plus, there are banana trees in the back yard of the property and my kids just thought that was out of this world! All in all a perfect place to vacation!

I would stay there again
The neighborhood seemed plenty safe, I jogged around it on several different days. If you like to cook your own meals to save a lot, this place had almost everything you can imagine. From some dry spices, to pans and utensils, and a gas grill. You need to buy your own condiments, not a big deal. We stayed shortly after a hurricane, and the only issue we had was the pool got a little murky while we were there and could have used some chlorine or cleaning.

Safe and quiet neighborhood
Our stay was enjoyable with the enclosed pool. The house is clean and have all the necessary kitchen tools and accessories that we were able to use. It was conveniently located and have easy access to the major freeways.

One Property, Two Stories
There were definite high and low points of the property. First the high. The pool, pool table, ping pong table, and air hockey table were lots of fun. In addition the kitchen functioned well for our group with lots of items to help you cook full meals on your stay. In addition, the A/C worked well and the pool temperature were good. It was also nice having 2 1/2 bathrooms one of which has a jacuzzi tub. In addition the location was great for access to the river and to the beach in minutes. Next the low. The place was not clean. Another previous visitor mentioned it needed a good deep cleaning. They did not take his advice. Base boards throughout were covered in grime and the washer was gross. The towels provided were so old they're frayed and ripped with holes. It appears as if someone only did superficial cleaning between renters for a decade and never took the hard work on of "spring cleaning". The pool furniture and table were a rusted mess and while the pool was very clean, the area around it was dirty. In addition, many areas appear to have been altered by a home handyman so the master bedroom and bath for example had several patches and oddly enough, about 15 different light switches (not an exaggeration). The house had so many switches, we never figured out all of them. Perform some really deep cleaning, repaint and patch, and power wash the outside areas and you'd have a really nice place to stay.

Peaceful Paradise
Overall we had a wonderful time. We loved having our own pool! Beds were comfy. Kitchen well stocked with dishes,pans, etc. Kids enjoyed playing air hockey and pool. Close enough to the beach for fun beach days. The only issue we had was that it needs a good deep cleaning and the dishwasher was broke. We cooked most meals at the house so we had to wash dishes, but that wasn’t that bad. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot for our week
The house was perfect for our stay for the week. My daughter was playing in a softball tournament in Viera and this location provided a quick commute and privacy for the family. Having the pool was great for my boys while their sister played softball during the day and for a late afternoon swim. The ping pong table added many hours of fun. Having the kitchen was also beneficial and allowed us to eat most of our meals in. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything you need. We only had one problem during our stay and that was with our internet. I contacted the owner and within minutes the owner responded and was able to assist in getting it fixed. If in the area again, we would definitely come back and stay.

All in all, we had a wonderful time here. Pool was awesome—especially having to shelter in place the last two weeks. Eric and Colleen were helpful with most requests. The house had plenty of entertainment—pool table, ping pong, air hockey—and the very clean pool. There’s always room for improvement—new queen mattress, pool cover, and a mixer for baked items. I recommend this rental and hope to return again.
