Welcome to Casa Gaviota, a remodelled and refurbished beach house with a large swimming pool, 2 blocks from the sandy beach of Chicxulub Puerto, and 8 km East of Progreso.
The property was connected in January 2025 to a new electricity transformer, as the area was experiencing frequent power outages due to the provider's antique equipment.

The house consists of a living and dinning area with an open kitchen that overviews the back garden and the beautiful swimming pool.
The waterfall by the pool functions automatically for 4 hours daily, thus ensuring the recirculation of the water.

There are 2 bedrooms, one featuring a King Size bed, and the other one having 2 double beds and a futon-bed, and 3 full bathrooms, for a total of 6 guests.

Each room has a ROKU TV Set with TV channels and AC.

The property has fiber optic internet with high speed.

Relaxing and quiet house
Quiet area just a few blocks away from the beach. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor area a lot! Property owner was attentive and accommodating. Nice little getaway.
