Enclosed within the hacienda grounds (which is split between a hotel and our privately-owned section), you have a beautiful king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom/shower to enjoy. Your own nicely equipped kitchenette and living room is a great space for relaxing after visiting the amazing attractions Merida and the Yucatan has to offer. You have your own private garden with large trees, a hammock, and chairs for relaxing plus a gas BBQ for cooking. Both spaces have air conditioning and fans to keep you cool.

The 400-year-old hacienda is located about 20 minutes drive from the center of Merida (Centro) and is one of the closest haciendas to the city. We are 2 minutes from the main Cancun highway which puts you on the road to visit all of Yucatan's attractions without fighting city traffic.

This apartment best suits an adventurous couple or individual with a car. We have a large, private, secure car park with an automatic gate that gets you a couple of meters from your door. There's not much in walking distance here - as is the norm with most Haciendas.

The location is perfect for accessing and exploring Uxmal, Celestún, Progreso, Chichén Itzá, Sisal, Dzibilchaltún, and lots of other places. Centro is an economical Uber trip away if needed (for dinner and drinks perhaps) and there are busses and trains, but having a car will help to see all that is on offer.

The sala/kitchen is a great space and you can easily cook every day if you like. Often, renters eat lunch out on their adventure and hunker down at night to a BBQ or light meal. There are most of the comforts of home like a microwave, 2-pot hotplate, rice cooker, toaster oven, coffee maker etc.

The space does not have a pool but renters can occasionally use the owners' large pool by arrangement. This is not a part of the rental but we're happy to make your stay the best it can be with a little pool-time.
