After checking in process at the entrance gate you will be provided with a set of keys for you to enjoy your place at Merida “La Ciudad Blanca “

We will be available 100% for you prior and during your stay to help in any way possible through the airbnb messaging system.

Bosqüa is a really new compound that may have small construction process during the hours of 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
We appreciate your understanding about this matter. Also since is located in the middle of the two most prestige old neighborhoods (Buenavista and Campestre),you would experience the locals daily living activities to mention some, a kinder garden close to the premises, shops, private homes, etc.
Although at night is very quiet and peaceful for a comfortable rest.
-Parking is inside the complex and it is almost in front of the apartment and is marked with the number 12.

-No smoking inside the apartment, if smoke is done 150 dollars will be charged to disinfect the room.

-No pets allowed.

-please turn off the lights and the mini-split when you go out.

-Do not leave any of the doors open when the AC is on, because mini-split will condense and will cause leaking.

-If you need to throw the trash, trash chute is located next to the elevator.
