The place was nice, room was clean and cute. The hotel is a little bit far from the main plaza but still within walking distance. The staff was super nice and always keen to help. The wifi however is not reliable as it wasn’t working while we were there and the bathroom doesn’t have any ventilation so the odours and moisture can build up. Nice place though especially for the price.

No hot water
There was no hot water in the bathroom. Taking a shower with cold water is very traumatic. It is a basic comfort that hotels should provide and they dont have hot water.

The staff provided a detailed but easy to follow check-in instruction. But no in-person interaction with staff. The place is primitive and below expectations. Restaurants and stores not within a walking distance. The bathroom is bigger than the room. The shower's pressure is average, but the shower water drains so slowly that it forms pool and drains off after a while. No toiletries, not even a hand wash soap. The room is tiny with a small bed. The mattress support is weak, so the base or feet of the bed depresses down. No table or desk, no closet or wardrobe for clothes except a coat rack with about 5 hooks to hang clothes but no hangers were provided. No pressing iron nor iron pressing board to press wrinkled clothes. Although, it's a safe neighborhood, but when it rains the roads are flooded and become impassable even unwalkable to pedestrians. I could not wait for my stay to be over, and I quickly moved to an Airbnb.

El lugar está abandonado, limpio si, pero todo huele a naftalina que claramente se usa para mantenerlo sin polillas, los colchones son de resorte y viejos, no hay servicio alguno, urge un administrador ya que quien lo dirige vive en otro estado y por teléfono no arregla nada, en la cocinera ni en las habitaciones hay agua para tomar. La habitación que renté era mucho más chica de lo que se ve en las imágenes, solo entra la cama individual y un buró con el que choca la puerta, me lo cambiaron por el olor a uno más amplio pero igual, con mal olor y cama incómoda, el internet pésimo y los alrededores solitarios, solo un six encontré con algunas botellas de agua y cervezas pero nada para cenar. Lo bueno, la señora que hace la limpieza lo hace bien, es amable en el rato que la vi, el dueño contesta a los mensajes y apoya dentro de lo que puede, porque no vive allí como dije, pero es notable que no es un lugar habitado ni bien administrado y mantenido. La primera noche estuve sola en todas las instalaciones y no esta padre porque ni agua había; ni una persona a quien preguntar a donde ir. La calle es obscura y ni eso tiene, un foco que ilumine bien, la calle sucia con lama de agua que se escurre por allí y todo eso demuestra la falta de mantenimiento, tuve experiencias extra que no vale la pena mencionar porque se que están fuera del alcance de los dueños pero en general fue una mala experiencia. No lo recomendaría en lo absoluto.

Complicación con la entrada al hotel
La habitación está cómoda en lo que cabe, problemas con la regadera ya que no funciona bien no tiene mucha presión en cuanto a la habitación compré la deluxe que se supone que tiene una cama queen size al llegar a la habitación la cama era matrimonial al comunicarme con la administración me indican que todas las habitaciones tienen camas matrimoniales cuando las anuncian con cama matrimonial queen size y king size se me cobró el precio más alto dándome una más baja las habitaciones no cuentan con televisor y el problema es al entrar al hotel el acceso ya que tienen una caja de combinación muy complicadas la cual a final de cuentas se trabó se reportó a la administración fue un poco incómodo porque hubo molestias de las dos partes y al final optaron por sacar copias de las llaves y entregarnos una copia de acceso pero para esto tardaron un lapso de 2 a 3 horas en cuanto a la limpieza no le hicieron aunque sé que estuve dos días pero no hubo quien diera mantenimiento a la habitación

Pésimo, nos dieron una habitación incorrecta, en el baño el agua no tenía presión, el dispensador de jabón estaba roto, goteaba ahí del lavabo, la cama se cayó de lado, tenía una pata rota, no había nadie en recepción para reportarlo

La puerta no abre con el código que te envían ya que la chapa no sirve hay una llave guardada y tienes que esperar a que te envíen el código al llegar al lugar luego no hay clave de wifi anotado en ningún lugar y la cobertura Telcel es mala en el lugar, el aire acondicionado no servía le escribí al número que me enviaron el código y nunca contestaron el agua en la regadera sale escaso.

Se entiende el concepto pero no estaría mal qué estuviera alguien en recepción por cualquier duda o situación, el papel de baño estaba usado, la puerta del baño no cerraba, y habían unos guantes tirados en medio de la habitación, En la descripción decía que daban botella de agua y no había.

Yo buscaba un lugar limpio y fresco para descansar, al llegar no hay nadie que te reciba, todo lo haces por ti mismo solo con indicaciones por teléfono, en el hotel no había luz por lo tanto no servía el clima, la habitación era un horno, y solo había agua caliente en la regadera.

Me encanto que usen cajas de seguridad para las llaves, no tenias que depender de nadie o tener que estar cargando llaves al salir, se me hizo muy bueno eso, me encanto el baño, era amplio a comparación del resto de la habitación, la cama estaba bien, y el clima igual, siento que falta mejorar detalles estéticos y sobre todo lo del agua caliente y el hecho de que no hay tv en la hab

El check in fué tan complicado y frustrante, la clave no servía. No pude dormir y tuve que irme a media noche por qué el olor a caño era tan insoportable que fué imposible poder estar ahí por más de 10 minutos. No hay tv y en el anuncio indicaba que si había.
