This property is beautiful, because it is a small hotel it is very quiet and private. The rooms were pristine. But above all the material things what makes this hotel amazing is the employees that went out of their way to make our stay memorable!

We didn't realize this was a small boutique hotel, only 5 rooms, but it was an EXCELLENT stay. The staff was super helpful and attentive. The room was quite, clean and very comfortable, although the dipping pool was small it was always clean and a welcomed releif from the heat of Merida, i used it in the morning and in the afternoon and the staff always brought me a towel. Next time i visit Merida i will stay either here or the sister hotel just 2 blocks away

This hotel is an absolute gem!! We had to rebook the night we reached Merida because of a horrible experience at another hotel and Mas Palomas was the best choice. Oscar at the front desk was especially helpful!

Where can I start omg!!! I’m absolutely happy and satisfied with my stay at Mas Palomas boutique, amazing customer service, the hotel is beautiful, clean, the breakfast was delicious. Special thanks to Sofia and Julio for making our vacation wonderful!!! I definitely will recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you again!

Although the property is very beautifully appointed the actual functional design of the room was a miss. There was an aircon unit on the wall in the main bedroom but not in the bathroom which is L shaped so it gets absolutely no airflow to that area and makes getting ready not so great because it's hot. There were other elements that did not work like the candles by the bath with the remote. Also, for the price point I was a little turned off that the espresso pods in the room were an additional charge. In my opinion if you are going to have a machine in the room you should have complimentary pods. I've stayed at other properties that cost less that had complimentary pods for the machine. The staff was wonderful and the bed very comfortable. I don't think I would stay again since there are so many great boutique hotels in the same area unless they add an aircon to the bathroom area and offer the accessories for the espresso machine with the stay cost.

Boutique hotel, very clean, very gracious hosts. Mas palomas is a short walk from the main hotel, palomas. We walked to breakfast at the main hotel each morning, but one morning when we were under the weather, they delivered breakfast to us. The rooms had air conditioning, and the beds were comfy. The hosts gave us good information for sight seeing, were helpful when we had a minor medical issue, were super informative, and were very accommodating. A delightful place to stay. Particularly helpful staff people included: Lucero, Damian, Masi, Sophi, Oscar, and Ruben.

La propiedad es muy bonita y nueva así como el hotel "madre" Más Palomas (a la vuelta) donde optamos por tomar el desayuno que es muy rico. La ubicación es buena, aunque muchas calles y banquetas están sucias.

El hotel es bonito, habitación comoda. Hay varios puntos a mejorar, la regadera estaba tapada, la camarista no arreglaba las toallas, falto jabón, nos retiraron la toalla de manos sin poner una limpia. Impuntualidad en el servicio de desayuno. Lo mejor la atención de Oscar, siempre atento y solucionando todo con gran amabilidad; parecia el dueño siempre amable y sugiriendo actividades. Creo que con capacitación y atención a los detalles sera un hotel de primeta. Falta secar cuando llueve.

Hotel Boutique con buena ubicación, silencioso, el estacionamiento a tan solo media cuadra, la recepción de 1era, el lugar impecable, solo que esperaba más, la habitación al estilo Yucatán, tienen varias áreas de oportunidad, la tarde que llegue me tuve que bañar con agua fría, cuando pregunté me dijeron que tardaba en salir pero esto genera desperdicio de agua, además de que hacían falta toallas faciales, cotonetes, agua embotellada, una pantalla más grande, vasos, mucho mejor calidad en general en los textiles (sábanas, toallas, almohadas) es de los hoteles con la tarifa más alta por lo que la expectativa de uno cree, si regresaría a darle otra oportunidad a la marca que se ve han hecho las cosas con dedicación solo hace falta mejorar en esas cosas. Mi calificación general 9
