Can’t say enough about the hotel staff - I was in a room that was above a fruit tree so there were ants in the bathroom and the staff switched me to another room upgraded for no charge. They were so friendly and accommodating throughout my whole stay and even when I told them I would be home late they waited up for me. Would highly Recommend. Pool and hotel area were nice, ac worked, didn’t eat there but they had breakfast.

Great location in Merida!
Hotel Hacienda was a great location for our stay in Merida, the hotel is close to local shopping, restaurants, and city squares. The hotel is accurately reflected in images online and has beautiful pools and scenery. My room was comfortable and matched the description and images shared.

Beautiful City oasis
The Hotel Haciendo was our perfect oasis from the heat and pace of spending the day exploring Merida. The service was truly impeccable, and having breakfast available every morning was a great and delicious way to start the day. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property was beautiful and well kept. My room was clean, and the staff was great. I really enjoyed the pools, the quiet setting, the birds, plants and trees. It was close by to many restaurants, and the Old Town square. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Hacienda Mérida is a hidden gem! We were Absolutely delighted with the place. Comfortable bed. Lovely linen. Old world charm. 5 star service! The art on the walls made the entire place into a fabulous gallery! The pools and courtyards were surrounded by lush greenery, with no hint of the hot streets just outside their front door. We cannot say enough good things about the place.
