We were passing through Merida on our way to Mexico City and this hotel was perfect for our needs. It is an older property, but has everything, and we slept well. Great service too.

Stayed a number of nights. Hotel is renovating. The noise during the day borders on intolerable. I work in hotel rooms and I could not here (or hear!). Although wi-fi can hit 200 +mps many rooms cant't and often a high latency rate: but what is the point if someone is jackhammering below you. Once the renovation is done I'm sure it will be great to stay again. Renovated rooms are really nice

The room was a shoebox with a window with a wall within 3 meter. The pool was very small and parking was 4 blocks away. We skipped the second night.

It took a long time for check in, room was not ready. Staff wasn’t around to help with the luggage during check in and out. The swimming pool was not clean! The place is a ran down place, old mattresses with holes! We couldn’t wait to check out! I do not recommend to any one!

Que les puedo decir?, Son maravillosos, estuve 6 días y la verdad súper complacido con el hotel y la habitación, si puedo opinar algún punto a mejorar sería el internet, que casi es nulo dentro de las habitaciones y quizás que faltó un poco de limpieza en la cabecera de las camas ya que en la parte de arriba se notaba polvo acumulado pero fuera de eso el hotel es hermoso, tranquilo y su ubicación es maravillosa., He ido 3 veces a Mérida y la próxima vez que vaya seguro me vuelvo a quedar en el hotel colonial. Gracias por todo.
