A very nice and a relaxing stay
Very comfortable stay. Its away from the city, yet near enough to see Merida, or head to the beach. I enjoyed the pool and watching the birds from the balcony. Our room was good size with a very good AC, and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi. Our host served a nice breakfast. We enjoyed the big tv, and even stayed an extra night before goinh to Uxmel and the beach.

No pude hospedarme, al reservar no me di cuenta que esuna casa no un hotel, al llegar no habia nadie veniamos de viaje con poca pila y ya sin efectivo, tuvimos que llamar a un numero que no se veia y la sra me dijo que habia salido que la esperara pero que no tiene pago con tarjeta solo efectivo y transferencia, por lo tanto me dijo en lo que llego vaya a sacar dinero, la casa esta retirada ya veniamos a descansar, el cajero lejos asi que tuvimos que buscar un hotel donde acepten tarjeta de credito, muy mala recepcion..........

El acceso a la propiedad es por terracería y es difícil entrar, trate de comunicarme por medio del teléfono proporcionado 5 veces y nunca me atendieron, me quisieron cobrar de $1,000 a $1,300 pesos cuando mi tarifa era de $871 y al darles $900 pesos no me regresaron el cambio, no se me ofreció el desayuno que porque los domingos no pueden hacerlo solo pan y café, además que aunque el cuarto estaba amplio, no se veía higiénico y el baño que me dieron estaba con moho, y sucio, el trato del anfitrión o personal no fue la mejor y eran groseros y solo se limitaron a tratarme de mala manera, tarde 30 minutos afuera porque no me abrían la puerta.

Maison d’hôtes à Xcanatun
Séjour de 4 nuits Grande chambre et grande salle de bain Lit très confortable Petit déjeuner correct qui manque un peu de diversité Il y a une très belle piscine mais qui n’est pas nettoyée, le robot est resté au fond de la piscine tout le séjour et des déchets de chaume stagnaient sur l’eau ( donc piscine inutilisable) dommage par 35 degrés Belles parties commune Éloignée de Merida mais calme Colectivo à 1 km de la casa pour un prix dérisoire de 8 pésos et 30 minutes de trajet Très bon restaurant à 600 m (hermana républica)

La propiedad muy agradable, la atención excelente, la habitación muy bien, en general la estancia muy buena. Puntos en contra, esta lejos del centro entonces las opciones para moverte no son muchas y no te hacen la limpieza de la habitación diario.
