Erholsame Tage über Ostern
Trotz verspäteter Anreise, 22.30 Uhr statt 16 Uhr, freundlicher Empfang durch den Vermieter. Welcher auch im Verlauf sehr hilfsbereit war. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist abseits vom Trubel, in einer Sackgasse gelegen mit toller Aussicht auf Berge und den See Mergozzo. Die Matratzen waren bequem. Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienhäusern in Europa und können dieses wärmstens empfehlen - das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt! Kleiner Hinweis: Es ist nicht möglich direkt am Haus zu parken oder an das Haus direkt zu fahren. Es liegt hinter dem Vermieterhaus im großen Garten. Allerdings hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, da wir gerne laufen.

Toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus
Ein sehr schönes Haus, hoch gelegen, mit einem tollen Rundumblick bis zum Lago. Vom Haus führt ein Pfad bis zum See, Gehzeit 5 Minuten. Wenn man jedoch eine Gehbehinderung hat, sollte man gut überlegen, denn das Haus ist nur über Treppen zu erreichen. Die Schlafräume befinden sich in der unteren Etage und sind daher bei Hitzetagen gut gekühlt. Schöner Garten und zwei Terrassen runden den Aufenthalt ab. Die Eigentümerfamilie lebt im Haus gegenüber auf gleichem Grundstück. Sehr, sehr nett.

Ein tolles Haus mit Seeblick
Wir haben in dem Häuschen einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Vom Haus hat man einen schönen Blick auf den See und die Berge. Die Vermieter wohnen auf dem selben Grundstück und sind Supernette. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen erhalten. Berge und See sind gleichermaßen in kurzen Wegen zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder 😀

Casa Iride - schönes Ferienhaus oberhalb des Lago di Mergozzo
Das Ferienhaus Casa Iride ist ein sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus für max. 4 Personen, oberhalb des Sees gelegen, in mitten eines sehr schön gepflegten Gartens neben dem Haupthaus des Vermieters. Die Fam. Zanotti ist sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Ferienhaus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, mit moderner, komplett ausgestatteter Küche (inkl. Gasherd, Ofen und Spülmaschine) und 2 separaten Bädern mit WC im Ober- und im Untergeschoss. Im Obergeschoss ist auch der Wohnraum mit großer Ledercouch und Flachbild-TV. Durch viele Fenster hat man einen schönen Ausblick in alle Richtungen. Das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie ein Kinderzimmer mit 2 sep. Betten liegt im angenehm kühlen Untergeschoss. Dort ist auch ein weiterer Abstellraum mit einer Waschmaschine. Sehr schön fanden wir die überdachte Veranda sowie den sonnigen Eingangsbereich mit Markise, wo wir die Nachmittags-und Abendsonne herrlich im Liegestuhl genießen konnten. Das Haus ist über z.T. schmale Zufahrtsstraßen (wie überall am Lago Maggiore üblich) zu erreichen. Zum Ferienhaus gehört auch ein eigener ausreichend großer Stellplatz, der ca. 50m vom Haus liegt. Vom Haus kann man in 5 Minuten direkt runter an einen öffentlichen Badebereich laufen oder ist in ca. 10-15 Min im alten Ortskern oder Hafen von Mergozzo mit einigen guten Restaurantmöglichkeiten.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Das Ferienhaus liegt oberhalb des Lago Mergozzo in ruhiger Wohnlage, See und der Ort sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Parkplatz ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt, eine Möglichkeit an das Ferienhaus direkt heranzufahren gibt es nicht. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand, die Einrichtung größtenteils neuwertig. Die Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoß bleiben auch bei Hitze relativ kühl, das gepflegte Grundstück bietet Platz zum spielen für Kinder und mehrere Möglichkeiten Tisch und Stühle aufzustellen, je nach Wunsch sonnig, schattig oder mit Blick auf den See (auch eine überdachte Terrasse steht zu Verfügung). Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend, so dass wir uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt haben und gern wieder zurückkehren. Der See ist warm und sauber, Badegelegenheiten sind nur wenige vorhanden. Ein Badestrand ist vom Grundstück über einen etwas unwegsamen Pfad aber schnell erreichbar. Im Ort Mergozzo gibt es mehrere empfehlenswerte Restaurants und Bars, welche in der Ferienzeit und am Wochenende sehr gut besucht sind.
