"Not as shown in pictures. Low key creepy… There was no free airport pickup (as suggested)—we had to pay. No running water, no toilet seat, bugs in the sink, no electrical outlets and very cold. We were also asked to pay twice. On the positive they fed us a nice breakfast. "

"This is a beautiful, quiet property with excellent staff. We had a room with a large king, and twin bed, perfect for families. It is a short drive from the hustle and bustle of Arusha. Wonderful place to stay with the bonus of several monkeys on the property for entertainment."

"The perfect introduction to Tanzania - 30 minutes from Kilimanjaro airport. Spread over ten acres under towering trees and a creek side setting, the individual cottages were well appointed and very private. The freshly baked pizza and varied menu were delicious "

"Great experience, we were picked up at the airport by friendly staff on time, the hotel is a 10 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel property is clean, safe, and welcoming. The staff was always welcoming, caring, friendly, and professional. The food was delicious, the rooms had air conditioning, hot water, were very large and comfortable. We stayed with them on two different occasions and we will use them again on future stays."

"I asked them to arrange airport transport for me the first 3 times nothing was done the 4th they said it’s reserved 4 hours later I get a knock on my door if I want to reserve transport it’s more money etc… I wake up at 3 am for transport next day theres no transport arranged mass panic breaks out. It’s not the end of the world I just don’t get how it’s difficult to arrange transport"

"Not as close to the airport as I thought. Taxi from airport to lodge takes about 20 mins along a dusty unpaved road. But hotel itself is very nice and you can see Kilimanjaro on a clear day. Staff very friendly and helpful. A lot of international tourists stay here "
