I am disabled though and the severity of the steps to the river might be something you consider explaining a little more clearly so people like me could prepare with mobility devices i didnt know i would need. "We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every minute. Location was convenient to town without being in town. The view was amazing. We spent so much time on the back patio. Unit was very clean and the host was excellent. "

"The Ozark Hideaway is a rustic cabin set on a wooded property adjacent to the King’s River. Accommodations in the cabin were very comfortable and tastefully decorated with an array of vintage details that made you feel as if you’d stepped back to a simpler time. There is plenty of room to enjoy sitting on the porch, by the fire pit, or grilling dinner. Modern amenities include a nice mini-split HVAC that cools the cabin and a spacious Jacuzzi next to the porch; there is also an outdoor shower in a converted grain silo with an overhead rain shower nozzle. The on-site owner is a pure delight!"

"We called Berryville home for 2 decades and when we moved to Florida this place brought us back home, like we had never left! We came to visit our sons and grand kids and this place was a perfect base of operations. It had everything we could have needed to call home for as long as we needed. Super clean, everything we would ever need in the kitchen for meals by way of dishes, pots and pans, silverware and more. Everything was is perfect working order and there were even a few features I had no experience with like USB plugs built into several outlets in key locations throughout the place. Those are an awesome extra! The TV is a Google TV that allowed us to get our same entertainment back home in Florida which just made it comforting. Ultimately, the location barely a minute outside of Berryville felt deep in the country and totally remote. There are horses and cows across the fields behind the place that really made us feel like we were in our favorite place in the world! Thank you for making this available... we will most definitely be back whenever we visit our family!"

"Very nice older home. Loved the large yard. I think my dog's loved the open well kept yard. Easy access to the water. Not far from downtown Eureka Springs. "

"The motel is an older one so go there knowing that but they have updated the rooms with freshly painted walls, new bedding and an updated overall look. They apparently own the restaurant next door (at least it sounds that way from a previous post) and Jaime’s restaurant was so good that we wound up eating there twice! Also be warned that the delicious cake slices are big enough for two! Our only complaint about our stay was the group of men outside our room talking into the night - not the motel’s fault and the next night another group of customers were smoking outside our room which wouldn’t have been an issue except that the air conditioning unit was bringing the smoke into our room. Neither complaint would keep us from returning. The view of the golf course was so relaxing and the grounds around the motel were just lovely! "

"This is a really nice place to stay! It was perfect for our last trip of the summer. Close to river, easy access and quiet! Was pristine clean and perfectly set up for our stay. The butcher block counter top island is beautiful. Overall a great place to stay. Would love to come back! "
