"We only stayed there about 12-14 hours as we drove back from a ski holiday in Tignes. The hotel is clean, cheerful, inviting and has secure parking. The staff are nice. The shopping centre makes up for the lack of a restaurant even if the options there aren't amazing. It's all good for a night or two."

"Beautiful location walking distance to citadelle and old town Besançon near breathtaking views and the gorgeous walking path along the river. The hotel had an eclectic and charming lobby/ lounge. Our room was on the ground floor of an annex type building. It was clean and simple. There is no air conditioning which was not a problem for us in early June but might be in mid summer. There is very limited parking on property and we had to find street parking which was not an easy feat - the staff...

"Overnight stay in beautiful city of Dole. Room basic but clean with integral shower room (module type). Very convenient for trip to the Alps from England. Friendly with bar, and easy walk into town centre. On street parking have to pay after 8pm."

"The staff were polite and very helpful. The room was clean but the elevator was scary - rickety, wobbly and some very strange noises. The drain in the shower had a dodgey odour. The heating worked well and it’s a safe place to stay. "

"We think that The Enchanted Sittelle is the perfect place to stay. The facilities are complete and as fo the setting and location, among forests and lakes, it couldn't be bettered. Our hosts, Christine and Bénigne, made us feel completely at home. Their welcome was warm and friendly and Christine explained how everything worked in the site so that we never had a problem with anything in the house. "Notre séjour a été agréable. Lorsque nous avons fait appel au propriétaire pour l'entretien de la piscine, il a immédiatement envoyé quelqu'un et tout s'est bien réglé A notre arrivée, la maison était propre, mais les ustensiles de cuisine ne l'étaient pas. La maison est spacieuse et agréable. C'est dommage qu'il n'y a pas suffisamment de chaises pour l'extérieur 4 alors que nous avons loué pour 11 personnes, ni de transats pour entourer la piscine."
