Known as the 'Crown Jewel of the North,' this 12,942-acre body of water offers 212 miles of shoreline and direct access to excellent fishing, hunting, hiking, swimming, and water sports. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the location, with quick access to the entire flowage and dozens of nearby lakes. In winter, the cottage is perfectly situated on the Popko Circle snowmobile trail, offering easy access to over 300 miles of premier snowmobile, ATV, and UTV trails.

Just 10 miles from downtown Mercer, you’ll enjoy convenient access to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and other amenities. Nearby attractions include Tahoe Lynx Golf Course, the MECCA groomed cross-country ski trails, and major ski resorts in northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. You can even take a day trip to explore Copper Falls, Lake Superior, or the Apostle Islands, all within 40 miles.

Inside, the main living area on the second floor features an open floor plan, combining the kitchen, dining, and living spaces into one welcoming retreat. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, while the living area invites relaxation with a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. Step onto the lakeside covered deck to savor your morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in breathtaking views. Two bedrooms are located on this level, while the lower level offers a cozy family room, a third bedroom, and a laundry area with a washer/dryer.

Additional amenities include board games, a treadmill, two kayaks, a paddleboard, corn hole boards, and bicycles for guest use. Outside, you can gather around the firepit near the lake or take in beautiful sunsets and stargazing from the 80-foot private pier, where you can also dock your boat. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, this lakeside retreat is the perfect getaway.

Dock details: There is an 80-foot-long private pier to park your boat.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
