"Very quiet with exception some loud motorcycles in the street nearby. Oyamado, the care-taker is a very helpful and kind man. Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. One downside is that there is no elevator, the but the steps are not too many."

The hot water has challenges but once I messaged them, they were over in minutes to help. If you have a rental car, this could not be more perfect as the parking is adjacent to the home.
