We don’t have to and got moved and still didn’t have. All inclusive was from 11.30 and was very limited. Nothing to do. Cleaning not good.

Overall we had a nice time in the hotel. However we were not able to use the sauna because someone broke the door and during our 4- day stay it has not been repaired. The spa closes very fast so in the evening you can't use it nor over the weekends. The gym was a big disappointment, half of the machines were not working and were super dirty. We liked the food - the chef is great and the entertainment at night was fun.

There were too many rules about dining and snack bar open. It’s an all inclusive but water was not included in the room. We asked for a room to be cleaned-assumed bed sheets would be changed but instead pillows were turned over(makeup marks) sheets weren’t changed. Sewage smell in our room and even though we had a ‘sea view’ room unless you stand at the balcony you couldn’t see the sea of you sat down! Overall very disappointed and won’t be recommending again.

En general es un hotel muy agradable. Instalaciones algo desgastadas pero bien cuidadas. La limpieza en la habitación excelente. La comida bastante sabrosa y variada. Siempre encuentras algo que te pueda gustar. Como detalles negativos: -En el check in te entregan unos vasos de plástico bajo un pago de 1 euro cada uno que te devuelven al salir si los entregas. Es un rollo tener que ir con los vasos a todos los sitios si quieres tomar algo en el bar de la piscina o el que sea… -El personal de recepción está muy por debajo del nivel del resto de trabajadores (limpieza, camareros, mantenimiento, etc.) Mucho descontrol, descoordinación y mala imagen en general para lo que se espera de un 4 estrellas.

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas un 4 étoile, néanmoins le rapport qualité prix reste très correct ! Il y a beaucoup de piscines, de nombreuses activités pour les enfants notamment un Aqua Park. Je pense que cet hôtel convient parfaitement à des familles mais peut être pas à des couples. Petite remarque concernant le buffet il n’est vraiment pas très bon.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante, comenzando por cambiarnos de habitacion sin ninguna compensación ni solución. Seguidamente las comidas fueron horribles, repetitivas y se agotaba en cada servicio. Los horarios para asistir al restaurante poco adaptados al turista nacional. Instalaciones descuidadas poco mantenimiento, poco control sobre las normas basicas como no llevar platos de comida a la piscina y dejarlos en el suelo con comida, varias noches clientes bañandose fuera del horario hasta altas horas. Personal recepción y restaurante poco cualificado para el trato y atención de los clientes. En definitiva una experiencia poco agradable para unos dias que quisimos pasar para confirmar si era apto para llevar anualmente a nuestros alumnos de Barcelona

L’hôtel est bien, mais la réception a dû mal à prendre compte les demandes du client, comme réserver à une précise un taxi, puis l’anglais n’ est pas parlé par les barmaids, et les activités du soir reste à revoir car sa ressemble à une colonie d’enfants, puis les horaires du dîner sont trop courtes, nous sommes en vacances et à 20h30, c’est déjà les derniers qui dînent, les tables sont bancales, l’ensemble reste quand même cher pour l’ensemble, puis il n’y a pas assez de bouées pour les toboggans pour les vacanciers, j’espère que vous prendrez bien tous ça en compte, car all inclusive reste vraiment cher, pour tout c’est défauts, puis pas assez de personnels aux bar , la queue est trop longue, Cdt
