Magnificent luxury semi-detached house located in a well-kept residential area 50 meters from the sea and 300 meters from the center of the town of Fornells.

The ground floor consists of a large living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, courtesy toilet and access to the large front and rear terraces.

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en-suite).

On the top floor there is a solarium, outdoor shadowed dining area, barbecue area and a chill-out with views over the bay of Fornells.

The large private garage with capacity for two cars.

The house is in perfect condition, fully equipped and furnished with high quality elements.

Air conditionnig in the living-dinning romm and in all the bedrooms. Free wi-fi internet access.
