Ottima location, comoda e funzionale.
positivo: Posizione molto comoda per spostarsi in tutta l'isola, luogo tranquillo e non rumoroso, appartamento molto curato con un bel terrazzo con vista sulla natura rigogliosa, sulle piscine e sul tramonto davvero spettacolare. A 10 minuti a piedi ci sono minimarket, bar e farmacia, inoltre la spiaggia di Arenal de Son Saura è proprio adiacente al villaggio. negativo: Non c'è il condizionatore ma le pale a soffitto danno un po' di ristoro dal caldo umido di alcune sere. Il bagno è piuttosto piccolo ma funzionale, unica nota dolente il doccino un po' malconcio. La camera piccola ha un letto singolo ed uno pieghevole. C'è un BBQ in muratura sul balcone ma la griglia era completamente arrugginita.

Un très bel appartement dans une résidence très agréable avec des belles piscines peu fréquentées et la plage à 5-10 minutes à pied. Bien situé pour rayonner dans Minorque. Attention seulement des ventilateurs et pas de clim : il peut faire très chaud en juillet ! Le numéro de la rue n’est pas indiqué donc des difficultés à trouver l’entrée mais homerti a été très réactif.
