Trauttmansdorff is located in the middle of the most prestigious shopping arcades of Merano, in the Laubengasse this great vacation apartment. Elaborately renovated and completely refurnished in October 2022, it combines history and harmony.

Even today you can find details that point to the history of the house. It dates from the

14th century, so it is one of the oldest houses in Merano, was a courthouse until 1800 and a brothel in the 60s. In 1980 it became the seat of the first starred restaurant of Merano. Since 2018 it houses the Trattoria Flora and great apartments.

The vacation apartment is 108 m², has 4 spacious rooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub. For 2-4 people it offers enough space and the ideal starting point to experience Merano and South Tyrol in all its facets. When you step out the front door, you are immediately in the action and just a few steps away at the crystal clear Passa or on the hiking trails gen nature and tranquility.

The apartment is privately rented and we as a family have put a lot of attention to detail and a lot of energy. We sincerely hope that it will inspire others as well. The windows have been renovated in March.
