Just finished in July 2024, The NEW Overlook has new everything and there's a reason why it's named "The Overlook." While you're relaxing in the outdoor hot tub on the large covered porch, you'll be awestruck with the views of the valley below and the mountains of Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia! Getting back to nature to soothe your soul is simply amazing! As you enter the home, you'll notice the cottage feel. Modern rustic with whimsical touches, the living room is comfortably adorned for watching the flat-screen TV or enjoying the gas log fireplace. A modern kitchen has everything you need to whip up snacks or a gourmet meal, whether you enjoy gathering for dinner or taking it out to the porch to enjoy the pure mountain air. A full size washer/dryer puts convenience at your fingertips. The downstairs bedroom features a King bed and ensuite bathroom with gorgeous, tiled shower. Upstairs, two Queen bedrooms with large bathroom with tub/shower. Whether you're looking for a weekend retreat to relax or a romantic holiday rendezvous, The Overlook is just what you need for that perfect getaway. A local downtown area offers shopping and dining and is a great day-trip, while your evenings can be spent watching the breathtaking sunset from the hot tub, enjoying the cozy fireplace, or sharing memories around the fire pit. My husband and I had a wonderful stay celebrating my birthday. We love the town of Mentone and the beautiful waterfalls and hiking trails. This house is gorgeous, but it is topped by the incredible view! We will be back!

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL
We really enjoying our time at the cabin. We love sitting on the desk eating dinner and watching the sun go down over the mountains. Also enjoyed the hot tube with the view. It's a very comfortable and cozy. Once we get there we did not leave until check out. Everything you need is right they. I can not wait to go back.

BEAUTIFUL cabin with an SPECTACULAR view!!
This cabin was absolutely PERFECT for us to get away for a relaxing weekend! All the comforts of home were provided for a truly enjoyable stay. Since it was just the two of us, we didn’t use the bedrooms upstairs, but the king bed downstairs was very comfortable. We really appreciated the reclining sofa in the den, too - great for watching movies at night! And the view!! We could’ve sat on the spacious deck for days just taking it all in. It was so peaceful and quiet on top of the mountain. We’ve found our new favorite getaway and are looking forward to our return!
