Charming villa with character, spacious and peaceful. Located 150 meters away from the Lake of Annecy and 300 metres away from the shops and the village of Menthon Saint-Bernard. Activities at 5 minutes walking: beach, sailing, diving, tennis court, water skiing and golf. The village of Menthon is perfectly located to visit the Haute-Savoie region. Splendid hikes can be enjoyed in the mountains. Ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand are at approximately 20 min away by car. Beautiful 6000 m² tree park. The house is very well equipped as it is a main residence. Perfect rental for large families with children. The large terrace out looking over the park is particularly comfortable. This house will be appreciated by those who appreciate the charm of old furniture. The city of Annecy is 9 km away and Genève is 40 km away.

Wonderful Family Villa
Wonderful large family villa, with many bedrooms and bathrooms. This property can easily accomodate a large family plus friends or relatives. It is a few hundred yards from the Lake, which is superb for swimming, water skiing etc. We hope to return next year if the property is available. Thank you Pauline and Xavier

Wonderful Family Villa
This is a wonderful family villa, only a few hundred yards form the beautiful Lake Annecy. It has many many bedrooms and bedrooms and is ideal for a large family plus extended family or friends. It has an amazing backdrop of a mountain scene. It has a large garden which is private, there is no road noise. We will look to stay here again should it be available in 2014. Tres bien
A 14 Nordistes (8 adultes et 6 enfants), nous avons apprécié la maison et le vaste jardin, proches du Lac. L'intérieur de la maison est joliment décoré. Un petit souci sur un appareil électroménager du à l'orage, a été vite pris en charge par la propriétaire qui a fait preuve de gentillesse et de réactivité. A recommander pour les grandes familles respectueuses des belles et grandes demeures.
