"Me and my family spend a week in this beautiful chalet!It was charming,nice and cozy,with an amazing view, fireplace, jacuzzi, there's nothing to complain!The owners are really nice and friendly, easy to communicate and ready to help with anything! The chalet is very close to shops and the beautiful town centre of Thones,and close to the slopes ! We will definitely come back again!"

"Although the spacious property is ageing a bit the location is perfect for anyone wanting tranquility within a short drive of Lake Annecy and its various beaches and other attractions. We loved being surrounded by the friendly dog, the horses, and the deer which come down out of the woods at night. Only problem was the double bed--mattress is rather worn and not good for our 60 year old backs."

"Nicely appointed property with everything we needed. Close to the supermarket. Well equiped kitchen. Seating area a little small for our large group of eight adults. The bedrooms are nicely done the mattresses are very comfortable the only criticism we all had were that the pillows on the beds were very unsupportive, very flat! All in all a great chalet for a ski holiday, the owners are very kind and helpful."

Tell your landlady to clean under your sofa or pieces of furniture...... The tablecloth was dirty and spotty.. Not easy to know if you live too far to check. "Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge). WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. Friendly staff."
