"Was traveling on a long journey to see family when winter weather conditions forced us to stop earlier than planned, so we quickly reserved a room at the Hampton in Eau Claire, WI. Hotel was very nice, clean, and employees were friendly. Breakfast bar was well stocked with nice variety of foods hot & cold"

"Check in is ready and the desk attendants are always pleasant and helpful. We arrived on a Tuesday and enjoyed the Happy Hour time. It's s pleasure to be able to enjoy a snack and a beverage without being nickle & dimed for every service available. We had a restroom kit which was burned out. Once we notified the fruit desk staff, it was corrected immediately! Revelation attention to guest comfort. "

"We had a reason to be in Eau claire for the night. We picked this hotel and I’m so glad we did. There are plenty of other places all around to explore. Many restaurants and bars, etc. Once we arrived at The Oxbow we found no reason to leave. The hotel itself is so comfortable and welcoming. All the little details that make you feel at home. They had a collection of records with record player in each room so that we could enjoy some music. Once we freshened up, we came downstairs in the hunt for dinner and found The Lakely is right on property and had live music and wonderful food. As far as the service the people there were so kind. It was just a fantastic experience to be there. We can’t wait to go back."
