Home Away From Home In The Heart Of Menlo Park

This modern country style home is getaway in itself. Beautifully equipped with Tibetan furniture and decor, this home is spacious and luxurious. Includes entertainment area, outdoor BBQ grill and a
swimming pool. The swimming pool can be heated for an additional fee. The property features 5 bedrooms, inclusive of 1 master suite, 2 master bedrooms and 2 rooms with a shared bathroom.

The Master suite has a queen sized bed, bedrooms 1 and 2 and 3 have full sized beds and bedroom 4 has two twin beds.

Also includes fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

Located in a peaceful, quiet, family oriented neighborhood, this home is not suitable for hosting parties or large gatherings of any kind.

No guests other than registered guests are allowed in the home at any time without prior approval.

Please note that because this is a quiet and peaceful community, quiet time is observed from 10pm-7am, loud and drunken behavior will not be tolerated.

Private parking available in the driveway. Please no overnight parking on the street. Maximum of 4 cars allowed.

I travel about 5-7 months out of the year for work. When in town, I am often going in and out of my workshop which is located in the garage separate and secluded from the main house.

Wonderful, peaceful and roomy.
Great neighborhood nearby the Stanford campus. Home is full of beautiful antiques. Pool was clean and nice. Back yard gets lots of nice shade from nearby massive trees. Beds are small but very comfortable. We were here for one month with 5 coworkers and truly enjoyed our stay.

Great House but needs cleaning and fixture update
Great house. Good neighborhood. I recommend it but: House was not clean on entry. Even after cleaners came again. Example. Mirror in MB hadn’t been dusted in ages. Also MB toilet never got fixed after repeated discussions.

Relaxing hideaway
We rented Yonten's home for a relaxing time by the pool. It was amazing. The location was quiet and seemed secluded, but not out of the way. The backyard was exactly what we were looking for. We definitely would come back.

We had a pleasant stay at this Property. The property is nicely located and the house is well built. But the owner needs to add some comfort furniture especially comfortable sofas to lounge on. The pool was nice and when we requested she provided us with an outdoor umbrella otherwise we would not have been use the outdoor space at all. There is a garage which the owner uses quite frequently so they have access to the house while you are there which is a bit strange but we got used to it. Thanks

Must Stay
After doing several Airbnb's sometimes your are unsure how pictures will match up upon arrival. This house from the minute we got there till we left exceeded all our expectations. The house is unbelievably spacious and the backyard is great for hanging outside especially the hot tub ! We were blown away with how nice it was, and how several of the rooms have there own bathrooms conjoining. Would highly reccommend and would definately use again. House host was very helpful with stay and anything we needed 5 star stay !

Perfect spot for business travel to Silicon Valley!
This was our second time staying here for a business trip and we loved our stay just as much this time around! Yonten and her husband are very accommodating. Their home is lovely and slept 6 of us very comfortably. We hosted clients for dinner one evening and received endless compliments on the place! Highly recommend!

Perfect Wedding
Our whole family stayed here for our youngest daughter's wedding week. The house was perfect. It accommodated all ten of us with ease. Everyone had an ability to have some quiet time as well. The yard was great. Just wish it had been a little warmer to use the pool. The location in relationship to the wedding activities was perfect as well. A very perfect week for a perfect wedding.

Amazing House
We had 6 people stay here for a business trip. The house is gorgeous both inside and out. High ceilings in kitchen, great appliances if you want to cook at home, and even an amazing outdoor grill and pool area! The owner lives on site if you need anything but we didn't even notice because our stay was so seamless! Would highly recommend this place.

Nice house but homeowner difficult to deal with
Overall, the property was very nice, but the homeowner lives in the backyard in a separate garage that's been converted into a house. While she was nice and easy to work with prior to our stay, the day before she sent a long list of final requirements which were not in the initial listing. We ended up renting this for an engagement party, but upon them seeing we had roughly 35 people there enjoying their outside patio they tried to kick us out claiming it was not meant to host more than the 7 people it listed online (for staying overnight - which we abided by). We also had to end up calling the fire department after the grill started to smoke the wood frame it was covered by. Overall, the house is nice but if you're planning to have more than the 7 people it says it can accommodate you will likely be hearing from her. Luckily, our group was mostly adults and even had a few lawyers who helped her understand we weren't violating any of the rules :)

Great location and accommodation!
This house was great! We had country managers who were visiting from various international offices stay at this location. There was a tree branch that fell on our original place, but we were very happy to be able to secure this location is such short notice. Yonten was very responsive and helped us out to get checked in. The country managers who stay in rentals quite often said this was the best place we had ever booked! The backyard was perfect for BBQ time.
