Newly built (2018), Villa Ammari was designed to give guests the opportunity to enjoy the crystal clear sea of ​​Lido Fiori (Blue and green flag) without renouncing the discovery of artistic and cultural treasures of western Sicily: Selinunte (18km) , Segesta (70 km), Valley of the Temples (84km), Palermo (90 km), Sciacca (23 km), Scala dei Turchi (70 km) ... The Menfi area is also known for its winemaking tradition and the presence of renowned wineries where it is possible to make wine tasting and food and wine tours.
The villa has two bedrooms finely furnished, each with en-suite bathroom, living kitchen, inner courtyard, veranda overlooking the garden and terrace / solarium on the first floor, and especially sea view from every room. Laundry room, outdoor shower and private parking complete the exclusive services of the Villa.
Seaside resort of Menfi, the beach of Lido Fiori together with the adjacent one of Porto Palo obtained since 1998 the prestigious recognition of the Blue Flag issued by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE), for their environmental quality, liveability, and for the state of health of the waters. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig - Auto zwingend erforderlich
Giovanni begrüßte uns sehr freundlich auf deutsch. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Zwei identische Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad bieten für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar Kaffee/Öl/Essig/Salz/Pfeffer standen zur freien Verfügung bereit. Außen findet man bequeme Gartenmöbel und eine Außendusche. Vom Haus blickt man direkt zum Meer. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den naturbelassenen schmalen einsamen Sandstrand. Man benötigt in jedem Fall ein Auto, damit man im 10 Minuten entfernten Menfi einkaufen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die milden Temperaturen Ende Oktober genossen. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

Modernes neues Haus, Panorama Dachterrasse, 2 min zum Sandstrand, super freundlicher Vermieter
Wir waren begeistert vom geschmackvoll eingerichteten, architektonisch klarem und gemütlichem Haus. Frühstück mit Meerblick auf der Terrasse, naturbelassener Sandstrand (gar nicht selbstverständlich in Sizilien), Außendusche, offene Küche perfekt für eine entspannte Zubereitung von Menüs, Aperitif auf der Dachterrasse (Weingut Planeta mit Gourmet Restaurant nur 5 min mit dem Auto), 360° Blick, Abendessen im lauschigen Innenhof, Meeresrauschen im Ohr. Schöne identische Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Regendusche. Das waren beste Voraussetzungen für einen super entspannten Urlaub. Getrübt war dieser nur kurz durch eine Autopanne. Dank Giovannis hervorragenden Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnissen (auch nicht selbstverständlich in Sizilien) sowie seiner unglaublichen herzlichen Hilfsbereitschaft (inklusive Fahrt nach und Stadtführung in Scaccia bei der Abholung des Autos war auch dies kein Problem. Insgesamt einfach nur zu empfehlen.
