"This was a very magical stay for us. My boyfriend and I decided to take a small first time vacation together and I chose Mendocino. The Watertower is both private and accessible. No wheelchairs, so if you're not independently mobile choose somewhere else. The accommodations are minimal but perfect! The private jacuzzi is very powerful and the shower is big enough for two! And they give you terry robes to use while there. The bed was super comfy and they furnished a fan, which is a huge deal for me! The TV was a very nice picture and the sound system was lit. There a toilet in the freaking bedroom! Which came in really handy. But if your shy like me? There's also a downstairs potty. The gardens are meticulously landscaped and the attention to detail in everything the owners have done is top notch. I highly recommend this place! It's incredibly romantic and will forever be in my memory along with my one true love! "

"We reserved the cozy Larkin Cottage for our honeymoon and were greeted with a gift basket that made us feel welcome. This sweet home had everything we needed, and wanted, to make our time there comfortable and relaxed--including plenty of room to organize our stuff so that we weren't just living out of our luggage. We chose to cook some meals in the very complete and thoughtfully appointed kitchen, as well as explore the local restaurants that host Linda recommended. Linda's thoughtful communication with us in advance made us feel that when we arrived at the Larkin Cottage, we truly were at home. We will be back!"
