"I would like to particularly mention James, the staff who take care of me and my sisters from the time of checkin up to checkout. We checked in late at night and without any hesitation he prepared us a nice meal knowing that we were probably hungry at that time. At the time of checkout which was very early in the morning, he was there to take care of all our needs. Truly a wonderful human being and an invaluable asset to the hotel!!"

"The location is a little sketchy. The hotel is a diamond in the rough. Nicer place, just not the best location… it is close to the highway and the metro station making it easy to get to and from. The spa has the most amazing staff. They would be the reason I returned to this hotel. "

" "A student Bar-restaurant with several rooms that is noisy until late at night. The entrance is a glass window-like door, and the curtain is such that if the light inside is on, the room, including the bathroom, is completely visible from outside. It is hard to feel comfortable"

"Advantages: The appearance and interior of the hotel are amazing; you can’t imagine better. I love it. Cozy, clean, and stylish, it’s located next to the sea, and you can see an incredible sunset view from the terrace. The hostesses are very nice and friendly. speaks only Turkish, but don’t worry—you will find a way to communicate with them using your phone translator. It’s a tourist-free zone, with only locals around. There aren’t so many people. We liked it. We could easily park our car....

"we only stayed for 1 night and didn't pay too much attention at the location when booking but what a nice surprised to discover this cute little oasis right in the heart of the town. Cozy, super clean and very quiet after party hours. AC was working well and we were grateful for it since there was a heat wave. Most of all, owners and staff are adorable and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend. "

"The owner and staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. We’re vegan, they made us special meals. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Details are exquisite in every item. I’d love to come back and spend more time. "

A great base for exploring Izmir.

"Booked by low price, central location and description, so we were very pleasantly impressed by the efficient welcome and check-in on arrival, mid-afternoon, and to find impeccably clean, neat rooms. We enjoyed our cup of tea with the kettle provided, and the minibar offerings were very good (even if not used!) and noted the restaurant offered orders if required. The optional buffet breakfast gave us an excellent choice. However, it was a nice walk to the Kordon and Alsancak dining areas, very close to the tramway, so we enjoyed our 24 hours sight-seeing in Izmir thoroughly. Only slight drawback is it is in a very quiet area at night, being in a busy shops area by day. Of course, parking in Izmir is an issue, but Reception were very helpful directing us to safe paid parking. Giving friends the hotel name!"

"Iki oda tuttuk biri sigaralı, biri sigarasız. Verirken odaları karıştırmışlar. Odaya ancak gece girdiğim için değiştiremedim ve bütün gece kültablosunda uyumuş gibi oldum. Temizlik ortalama altındaydı yerlerde damla damla izler vardı. Yatak çarsafında yıkanmiş ama çıkmayan lekeler vardı. Bir daha kalmam ibis standartına yakışmadi. Kedi garfield ı çok sevdik. Hayvan dostu olması güzel."
