"We spent a lovely four nights here. The condo was on an upper floor, with plenty of parking at the side of the building. We used supermarkets in Durango (5-10 min drive away) for groceries. It was easy to drive into Durango and take the train to Bilbao for the day too. The kitchen had the basic things you might need (small oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, washer, dishwasher, but no kettle?) and the shower was pleasingly powerful. The apartment is clean, neat, and has a good-sized balcony with a table for eating. Gernika is equipped with a train station, many restaurants, grocery stores, shops, a couple museums, and is even a short drive to beaches and the seaside town of Lekeitio, making it the perfect alternative to staying in Bilbao. Wi-Fi works great. Communicating with the property...

"Nice, quiet place. Lot’s of room for 4 people, well heated (it was in the 40’s while we were there). Close to everything in town, 5 minute walk to the surf."

"A comfortable and quiet apartment with a great kitchen, sitting and dining room and patio for at-home relaxing with the family. Just a five minute walk from the amazing Mundaka beach, and village. Good train, bus and road links to the surrounding region. Having the underground parking space was extremely useful."
