"The location is excellent. The bed was super soft. The only issue was the heater, which didn't seem to be working. We called reception, but no one picked up the phone. It was the end of the year so we were expected to find a few staff. But over all it was good."

"Amazing hotel close to many of the sights in this delightful city. This was our second stay and all of my previous review stands true. Wonderful friendly welcome, great parking for €6 per night. Very clean, very quiet with really comfy beds. The best shower. Breakfast was great as well with fruit, continental cold buffet as well as bacon and scrambled eggs. We will be back because there is more to explore in this fab city."

"The staff was superb. We, having been in France for 3 weeks prior to our arrival had quite a bit of laundry. The staff, took care of this for us at our arrival and we received our clean folded clothes the next day. Nothing beats this location as the rear of the hotel puts you right in the center of a pedestrian street lined on all sides with cafes and restaurants as well as the entry to the Chateau Amboise. "I arrived late and the guy rang to confirm that all was ok. Limited parking but the guy on reception told me where to go. Bathroom was not just clean but shining! Breakfast buffet was good. Overall, the place was quiet and comfortable. "

"We have stayed here several times over the last few years as it is very convenient for us travelling between the UK and Southern France. Last year we thought it was looking a bit 'tired' but pleasantly surprised this week to see it has had a refurbishment so all looking new and fresh again with better facilities. Would have liked a toaster in the breakfast room though."

"Quiet neighborhood, quiet street less than a minute walk to the Main Street and 5 min walk to the river! Stunning views, place was well stocked and everything well labeled and organized. Would recommend this place to anyone! So nice to be able to park the car we rented in the driveway.. "
