This small town has a lot more to offer than just the ATV trails, mountain views, and swimming in the clear creeks. These activities include hiking, mountain bike trail riding, fishing, equestrian trails, zip lines, crystal mining, and canoeing to name a few.
Located about 25 minutes from Mountain Fork River and 5 miles from Twomile Creek.
The shortest Route to the Wolf Pen Gap trails from DWP Ranch, is to the West Trailhead. About an 18-minute ride out with about 3 miles of rural highway, that is legal to ride on. With other Ouachita National Trail options and stops in between. This is with the ride-in option and no need in trailering your ATVs.
Turning out of the DWP Ranch driveway, you will follow County Road 42 East to County Road 44 and turn right. Travel on County Road 44 for less than a mile and turn right on Highway 375 East. Travel just about three miles on Highway 375 East and the West Trail Head will be located on your left.
