"First, the Route Inn chain is equivalent to "Motel 8" or the "Red Roof Inn" in concept. So, this no-frills hotel is not meant to be a full service establishment. With this in mind, this hotel far exceeded our expectations! It is situated steps from the JR Obihiro Station, and there are many restaurants and bars only a couple of blocks away. The staff was friendly, helpful and courtrous, and they maintain the building very clean and updated. Unfortunately, there is no "Japanese atmosphere" and...

"Convenient and nice"

"The pyjamas provided were not very comfortable. Why do they not provide the yukata, which is common for ryokans of this class? Also, the lack of towels in the bathing area was not convenient. Breakfast buffet was good. We did not use the dinner buffet. However, the cafe for a lighter meal turned out to be the best option for us., with wonderful service by the man who ran the entire cafe on his own."

"Need to improve food varieties in dinner & room too hot as air cond not functioning well . Extra bed has to be made by ourselves as no service provided. If buffet can be upgraded to omakase with pay will be better . "

"帯広駅が目の前にあり、JRを利用する方は便利だと思います。 個人的には温泉が源泉掛け流しという事で迷わず決めました。実際に入ってみると湯上がり後も体がポカポカして、肌にも良さそうな気がします。 次回も機会があれば是非利用したいと思います。 (ちなみにリピーターの方も多い⁉️気がしました。) "
