Other than good aesthetic’s very unsatisfied
Tim the property manager was great! The rental was cold, uncomfortable & had a leak in the kitchen pantry! Black mold on the ceiling where it was leaking & a bowl full of nasty water from the leak was right next to the plates & Bowles! Cable tv most stations not subscribed to, water heater way to small & had 5 minutes of hot water to shower. The property owners should be ashamed to rent this to anybody!!!

Great place- love the extra rooms!
This place is a nice, quaint property at the back of a main house. The furnishing and decor have been updated and are comfy and create a warm, easy place to stay. While I didn’t cook, the kitchen looked well stocked and the coffee and tea were such a lovely touch. No need to run to the store on day one. It’s mid-town so the planes at night are loud but that’s not specific to this place and they left ear plugs which was thoughtful. The bathroom is not updated but is fine. The washer and dryer were really nice to have. Overall, a good place to stay. The reason for my lower rating was the check/ in process thru midtown rentals. I completed their online check in form no less than 4 times. You get no confirmation that they received the firm. They followed up to say send a picture ID but left the email address blank. So I texted it but again no confirmation. I was getting conflicting messages about whether they had my forms and photo id. I finally called and a really nice lady helped me. But within hours of taking toher, I got messages saying that I hadn’t completed my forms. I called again. Again the lady was nice and apologetic but it was frustrating. Then the day I checked out, I literally got another message to complete the check on form! Good grief.
