🌿 Do not pick at the fake plants, no matter how much we water them they do not grow back.
🧯There is a fire extinguisher next to the sink in the kitchen and in the back house kitchen. If you use them for anything other than putting out a fire, you'll be charged $500 on top of any other cleaning or damage fees.
🔊 Be a good neighbor and keep noise to a minimum after 11PM and before 7AM (Memphis' noise ordinance)
🛠 No matter how simple something is, if it is broken please do not attempt to fix it. Report damage in a timely manner and we'll take care of it.
