Fair Warning!
I made the reservation and received a confirmation. The host claimed he didn't received it. The night of check in I called the host directly, as opposed to going through VRBO. He then texted an electronic key code. The property is under renovation. It was not what was described. Due to our situation and severe weather we just decided to stay for the 3 days. There was a new refrigerator and dishwasher delivered the following day. The kitchen was not fit for use. We had to purchase items that was listed to be provided. It was a frustrating and uncomfortable stay. I don't know if it is a VRBO issue or a host issue or both. Again, the property is under construction, so maybe once it is finished it will be a nice property.

The Trip that Wasn't
We booked this propery in April for our family reunion in Memphis from July 11 to July 14 only to have our reservation cancelled the day before our arrival! Very disappointing service from VRBO! We were left to find other accomodations since this was not discovered until the day of our arrival and we had to make last minute plans. We were notified by email on July 10 and I did not see the email until we were getting ready to travel to Memphis. I am not sure that I will use VRBO in the future.

Memphis for wedding
There were 6 of us, all adult family members. The house was much as expected with a couple minor issues. The host responded quickly when I called him, although he was slow to respond to messages on the VRBO app. Overall it was a good place to stay.
Stayed 2 nights in May 2024
